Taking the first step towards therapy can feel difficult. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before contacting me.
You are welcome to get in touch to ask a question, discuss what you are looking for or request a free 15-minute consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults aged 18 and over, with sessions held online and available to clients throughout Ireland.
How much does a session cost?
Each 50-minute session costs €70, with sliding scale pricing available. Before committing to anything, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk through what has brought you to therapy, what you are looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
How often are sessions, and are you currently taking new clients?
Sessions are usually arranged weekly, with some flexibility depending on your circumstances and therapeutic needs. I am currently accepting new clients across Ireland on weekday afternoons and evenings, and I normally respond to enquiries within one to two working days.
What happens during the free consultation?
We’ll spend a short time together so I can hear a little about what’s brought you to therapy, and you can ask me anything about how I work. There’s no pressure or commitment involved.
What does “Pre-Accredited Member of the IACP” mean?
I’m a registered member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, currently completing the additional client hours and supervision required for full accreditation. I already work within the IACP’s code of ethics and attend regular clinical supervision.
