Welcome!

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why life feels harder than it “should.” My role is to offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where we can make sense of what is happening together.

I am Casey Donaghey, a psychotherapist based in Galway, Ireland. My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, accessibility, and respect for individual difference. I draw from integrative, trauma-informed, person-centred, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy-informed ways of working, always shaped around you rather than forcing you into one rigid model.
