I am a psychotherapist who believes that healing is a collaborative, creative, and a deeply human process. My work is grounded in the values of empathy, authenticity, accessibility, and respect for individual difference.
I see therapy as a space where clients can explore their own unique paths to growth, drawing from multiple approaches to find what works best for them. For example; person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed practice, and psychodynamic approaches.
